Quality and sustainability
We design, deliver, and support automation that keeps intralogistics reliable, scalable and efficient for many years. Our impact covers the full lifecycle of a solution, from supply chain to operation, modernization and end-of-life. Our latest Sustainability Report describes our priorities, progress, and targets in more detail.
Three pillars, our responsibility priorities
We conduct business ethically, protect information, and apply consistent standards across our operations. We expect the same commitment from the people and partners we work with. Certified management systems support our quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and information security practices.

Environmental responsibility
We work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve energy efficiency and use materials and other resources carefully. Our environmental management includes monitoring energy consumption, emissions and waste, improving data quality and extending our view across the value chain.
Responsibility also influences how we engineer automation. Energy- and space-efficient designs, accurate material flow, and durable, modular systems can help customers reduce waste, use resources more effectively, and modernize existing solutions instead of replacing complete systems.

People, wellbeing, and safety
A safe, fair and supportive workplace is fundamental to responsible business. We focus on occupational health and safety, employee wellbeing, competence development, and an inclusive culture where people can contribute and grow.
Safety is carefully considered in our own work and in the solutions we deliver. Clear responsibilities, preventive action, learning from incidents and continuous improvement help us strengthen safety across projects, sites and daily operations.

Responsible business
We conduct business ethically, protect information, and hold every part of our operations, and everyone we work with, to the same high standards. Our ways of working are supported by certified management systems.

Policies and principles
These policies and principles set out the commitments guiding our sustainability work, for our own people and for our partners.
“Automation creates a safe continuous flow. Just as nature is efficient and self-sustaining, logistics systems must operate seamlessly to meet rising needs for capacity. When people and technology work together, we create resilience and reliability for the entire supply chain.”
Anne Happonen, VP Operations at the Cimcorp Group.
Our next areas of focus
We will continue to deepen our understanding of impacts across the value chain and full lifecycle of our solutions, improve safety and wellbeing, information security, and responsible business practices. Our immediate areas of focus include using data to guide our next priorities, and building sustainability into daily decisions across the business.
