In Cimcorp's concept each work stage from tire assembly to final shipping is effectively automated. However, the solutions for each process phase are independent and can be applied individually and gradually.

Cimcorp's gantry robots are also applied for efficient tire-wheel assembly (TWA) order picking at TWA assembly plants.

After the assembly line, the gantry robots store mounted tire-wheel assemblies in a buffer storage to await dispatch to the automobile plant.
