Gemco-SAS b.v., has commissioned Cimcorp for an automated plasma display handling system for their in-line exhausting/sealing lehrs.

Gemco-SAS b.v., a world-leading supplier of heat-treatment equipment in the production of Flat Displays and Cathode Ray Tubes CRT) with headquarters in Eindhoven, the Netherlands has commissioned Cimcorp for an automated plasma display handling system for their in-line exhausting/sealing lehrs. The end user is a Korean plasma display manufacturer.

The order comprises of automatic, vision system aided plasma display panel loading on vacuum carts, plasma display panel unloading from vacuum carts, pump head releasing and tip loading systems. This project is Cimcorp's first plasma display project and first direct order from Gemco-SAS b.v. In the past Cimcorp has automated several different type of lehr load/unload processes on lehrs supplied by Gemco in CRT and CRT glass industries.
